1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our AI text reel generation service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides AI-powered text generation for social media reels, posts, and content creation. We utilize third-party AI models including Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and other AI providers to generate content based on your prompts.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must sign in using your Google account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription plans provide access to specified token limits
  • Billing occurs monthly on your subscription date
  • All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors

4.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law

4.3 Usage Limits

  • Each plan includes specified monthly token limits
  • Overage charges may apply for usage beyond plan limits
  • Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify usage limits with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

  • Generate content for social media, marketing, and creative purposes
  • Create original text-based content for personal or commercial use
  • Use generated content in compliance with applicable laws

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or third parties
  • Generate content that violates platform policies (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create misleading or deceptive content
  • Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of text prompts and inputs you provide
  • You grant us a license to process your inputs through our Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring your inputs don't infringe on others' rights

6.2 Generated Content

  • You own the AI-generated text content created through our Service
  • Generated content is provided "as-is" without warranty of originality
  • You are responsible for verifying generated content doesn't infringe on others' rights
  • We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content

6.3 Our Service

  • We own all rights to our app, software, and proprietary technology
  • Our trademarks, logos, and branding remain our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service

7. Third-Party AI Services

7.1 AI Model Providers

  • We use third-party AI services (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Your prompts are sent to these providers for processing
  • Third-party terms and policies may apply to AI processing
  • We are not responsible for third-party AI service availability or performance

7.2 Content Accuracy

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content

8. Service Availability

8.1 Service Uptime

  • We strive to maintain high service availability
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

8.2 Modifications

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes
  • Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy
  • We process personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws
  • AI processing involves data sharing with third-party providers
  • You consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that our Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

10.2 Limitation of Damages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
